MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING MAY 5, 2003

The Special meeting of the Jericho-Underhill Water District was held in the United Church of Underhill in Underhill Flats on Monday May 5,2003. Trustee Roger Koniuto called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. At which time he made a motion to elect a moderator protem. Dick Eldred nominated Marc Maheux and this was seconded by Jane Maheux.
Clerk cast one ballot for Marc Maheux to be moderator protem for this meeting. The moderator then read the warning.

          Dick Eldred, Jane Maheux, Marc Maheux, Roger Koniuto, and Manfred Hummel


          Action on Article #1
          Motion made by Roger Koniuto to accept the changes to alter the District boundaries. Seconded by Dick Eldred and so voted by the majority of voters to accept.

Motion made by Roger to close the meeting, seconded by Dick.  Meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
