Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM
Special Meeting to sign 2003 Series 1 Vermont Municipal Bond Bank Sale forms so they can be returned to McKee, Giuliani & Cleveland.
1. Resolution and Certificate ( General Obligation) Motion made by Roger to accept, 2nd by Dick and unanimously approved.
2. Refunding Resolution & Certificate Motion made by Roger to accept and 2nd by Dick unanimously approved.
3. Loan Agreement ( General Obligation) Motion made by Roger to accept 2nd by Dick and unanimously approved.
4. General Obligation Bond Motion made by Roger to accept 2nd by Dick and unanimously approved.
5. Certificate of Registration Motion made by Roger to recommend that it be signed by Jane and 2nd by Dick and unanimously approved.
6. IRC Section 148 Certification This form issued no debt and certified no outstanding at the requested dates. Motion made by Roger that it be signed by Jane 2nd by Dick and unanimously approved.
7. Arbitrage and Use Proceeds Certificate under 5 million General Obligation Motion was made to accept by Roger 2nd by Dick and unanimously approved.
8. IRS 8038-6 Motion made by Roger recommend that it be signed by Jane 2nd by Dick and unanimously approved.
Other Business.
Peter found the deed to the cistern, Carolyn Gregson to ask Ed Moore to put it on the Grand List so it will have a property code.
Carolyn has a mylar for Poker Hill and it is on a hanging file # HF196B
Peter received a copy of the Vermont Property Transfer Report to review, Jane to drop off the original to Mike Forsberg when it comes in.
CCR report is ready to go and will be sent out.
