Steve found the shut off on his property, marked it and put a stripe on the road. The cap has snapped off. It is about a foot off the road surface. Joe will talk to Chris about doing it. It is about 10” below the surface and is an iron pipe.
5. Operations Report.
Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
Routine testing and operations.
The two pumps on Poker Hill were not alternating. Champlin went up and they are now electronically working correctly. Marc said there was probably too much water in the bladder and not enough air. It was readjusted and worked. Marc said the pressure should be checked each year and drained off and refilled.
The pump to the cistern stopped. There was an electrical impulse shortage which turned off the continuous power unit. Champlin rebooted and reset.
Joe tried to get into the cistern and the levered handle that unlatches it broke off in his hand. It is now locked. Brian and Joe will figure out how to get in. Joe said it is rusted out. Taner suggested using vice grips to open. It was suggested using a hasp with lock to replace.
Flushing will be at the end of May.

A. There is one page left to do on the O&M Manual and then it can be submitted. Joe will check with Brian.

C. For the 385 Vermont Route 15 hydrant replacement, Joe called ECI and spoke with the construction manager, who said they would get back to him and didn’t. Joe will call again. We can isolate the hydrant. Marc should be involved.
D. For the storage building work, Liam gave an estimate. Steve said there is some damage. The windowsill is rotted and the clapboard needs patching. Steve will fix the damage and Joe and Steve will paint. Liam’s estimate was approved.
Steve has the door and frame for the storage building.
Joe said Brian found someone to pick up the junk outside the pumphouse and the barrels. It is going to cost $500.00 for the work.
