3.   Review and approval of financial statements.  The financial statements for August were approved.

4.   Customer Comments.

Our mowers said there was a wasp nest next to the storage building.  Brian will take care of it.

Tanner talked to Tim Hathaway about Palmer Lane.  Brian turned the water on so that the plumbing could be tested.

5.   Operations Report.

Test Results and Testing.

Bacteria results negative.

Fluoride results within tolerance.

Routine testing and operations.

For 17 Meadow Lane, Brian and Joe couldn’t get the wrench down to the curb stop.  It needs to be dug up.  Will tell them when it is shut off so that they can make repairs.

Joe talked with Brian about having a chlorine analyzer pump on hand.  Brian will look to order one.

Steve said his neighbor asked about the water being shut off.  Joe said Brian had to shut off the valve to Clark Dupont’s property.  He is putting water into the barn and his excavator kinked the supply line.  Brian couldn’t find the curb stop, so he shut off the whole road.

Joe talked with Chris Wells about doing the cistern and shut off on the list.  Does shutting off at the base of the cistern shut off Poker Hill tank?  Brian is texting Marc on that.  It needs to be dug up as the water is pooling and there is chlorine in it.

Joe will do the testing while Brian is gone form September 8 through 10.

We have a girdle belt for any repairs.  How many do we need to keep on hand?  Joe will check with Brian.

6.   Old Business.

A.    Joe said ECI keeps putting him off on the hydrant replacement.  The gasket is broken underneath the Valley’s Edge hydrant and water comes from the base.  Clark Dupont’s contractor gave us his card.  Joe will reach out to him.  Joe will also check with Chris Wells and the company that did the break work.  Brian will check with his son’s partner that has excavation experience.

B.     The approvals are done for Harvest Crossing, but we have heard nothing.

C.  Joe said there has been clearing of brush and trees at the Mill Development, but we have heard nothing else.

D.  The Route 15 sidewalk project is almost done.  They could not find the shut off at the big house with the porch.  The owner said where it comes from, but it was not in the sidewalk.  Joe will ask Marc for a list.  We should add Barrett Lane and Meadow L ane.

7.   New Business.

A.    Regarding the sanitary survey, Joe contacted the contractor, who couldn’t get to work on the overflow.  State said to let know what we find out once dug.

Ryan will do another pressure test at #70.  The pressure was 36/37.  Joe told Caldwell the new transducer raised the level of water up and #70 was back up to normal pressure.  46 and 53 were above 20 and didn’t want boosters.  We don’t have to do anything.  Matt wanted to confirm we have boosters and Joe said no.  Testing a couple more months.

Tanner was looking to contract for someone to do the Operation & Maintenance Manual.  When it is submitted, it will be clear.

The State does not realize that we had a 2023 tank inspection.  Will need to be done again in 2028.

Access pictures of what Joe and Brian did were submitted for Maple Ridge.  Ryan and Matt tried to open in December, but it was frozen.

The pump station is resolved.

Joe said we made the deadlines.  We are sitting on the cistern and O&M Manual.

B.     Trustees will meet at storage building on Thursday afternoon at 4:00 to see what needs to be done.

C.    Steve purchased a small generator and wrench.  He is searching for an electric pressure washer.  He is also looking into a 16’ bore scope.  Steve will start moving stuff in.

D.    The person Tanner talked to about the O&M Manual said it would cost $6,000.00 for the work.  She has never done technical manuals.  Tanner gave her the State template.  The images need to go into the template.  Tanner tried to use AI and it didn’t work.  Marc will not give him access to the website.  Joe asked how is she going to access new pumps.  Tanner said he gave that to her.  Joe will talk with Matt Caldwell about what they are requiring other districts to do since we have less then 300 customers and $6,000.00 is expensive.  Joe will ask Matt the amount of dollars it should cost and if he has other recommendations.  Joe will also talk to Marc for an editable text.

Joe doesn’t know if the Poker Hill chain link fence can be fixed.  Marc didn’t know who put it in.  Tanner said they have galvanized fencing at Lowes and Home Depot.  Steve said we own more property on the other side of the fence.

8. Next Regular Meeting.  Next regular meeting October 7, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., following the annual meeting at 6:00 p.m.

9. Review and Approve Bills.  Bills were reviewed and approved.

Adjournment.  The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,
