1.   Call to Order and Welcome.  Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  Tanner asked to add 7E, O & M Manual, to the Agenda.  The Agenda was adopted as revised.

2.   Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s).  Minutes from the May meeting were approved.

3.   Review and approval of financial statements.  The financial statements for May and June were approved.

4.   Customer Comments.

CJ on Meadow Lane called about a leak in the basement.  Joe tried to shut the water off in the hole and the wrenches wouldn’t go down.  He asked Marc if it was a problem and he said to try all wrenches.  Joe will try again this week when Brian gets back.  Brian may need to grind some off.  CJ does not have a plumber lined up yet.

Dori Reichidi called saying they returned from vacation to dirty water.  Joe told her to run the water for a few minutes and he didn’t hear back.

Joe received a text from Lee Dumas saying he weed whacked the hydrants.  Joe thanked him for his service.

5.   Operations Report.

Test Results and Testing.

Bacteria results negative.

Fluoride results within tolerance.

Routine testing and operations.

Brian was happy that we had contractors available for the Meadow Lane break.  Adam from SOS watched.  It broke the same as Raceway.  The bolts rusted out and released after the Fire Department used the hydrant.  The bolts are steel with aluminum pipes.

Brian went to the sidewalk meeting.  They want us to mark the curb stops.

Steve cut the trees off the road.

Joe asked Steve about the numbers on the last column of the digital reader.  Steve will send to Joe.

Steve said the map Brian uses is destroyed.  He asked if we could get a couple new ones.  We should have the engineer add the new stuff.  Joe will check.  Steve gave Brian his.

6.   Old Business.

A.    ECI told Joe they would be out the week of June 23 for the hydrant replacement.  Joe did not hear from them.  He will call again.  The hydrant on Raceway catches water.  Joe will talk to ECI about raising it.

B.     Steve said the container arrived.  Steve will PB blast the doors to make it level.  Steve purchased a gas trash pump in the control building, a stand with a couple lights, adjustable wrench, a safety vest and ratchet strap.  Steve is shopping for a generator.  Steve is building a unit with three blue barrels, a pressure washer and discharge hoses.  Steve will contact the Town for some sand.  A couple cinder blocks are needed and a jack to raise the container.  Tanner will bring the jack to Steve.  Steve will make a convex for the storage unit.

Joe asked Steve to put two more caution lights on the list.  We need a shovel.  Joe will talk with Brian about the barrels.  Boots are on the list.

C.  They are waiting for the storage building to dry out before cleaning.

D.  We did receive an e-mail on Harvest Crossing asking how much the hook up fees were.  They have to put everything in and then we put in a meter.

E.  Haven’t heard anything on the Mill Development.  Rick Hamlin Engineering was doing survey work yesterday, but that could be for the sidewalk.  Tatro did have an automobile auction at the property.

7.   New Business.

A.    The Consumer Confidence Report was distributed.  The mailman told Steve they should go through the mail.  Joe said they need to be put on the door and not in the mailbox.  A notice is going out in the July invoices to the other customer.

B.     Joe is working on the sanitary survey issues.  We will apply for a wavier for the booster pump.  The tank inspection was two years ago.  Joe and Brian haven’t seen any leak on Poker Hill.  Joe sent a video on how to open the hatch at Maple Ridge.

C.    Joe and Brian did the flushing in three or four days.  The control building took one day.  It took a half hour to clear.  A double two inch diffuser was used.  They discovered a broken hydrant on Valley’s Edge.

D.    Steve is continuing to make progress on the storage building.

E.     Tanner is working on the O & M Manual.  He has to get some stuff from Champlin.  It is over 300 pages and can’t be put into a template.  Taner tried to get a digital copy from Marc and then he couldn’t get ahold of him.  Joe will send to Tanner.  Tanner will read the manual and type into the State’s template.  The new pumps and controls from Champlin are the most important.  We should put a new cover page on website with index.

8. Next Regular Meeting.  Next regular meeting August 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

9. Review and Approve Bills.  Bills were reviewed and approved.

Adjournment.  The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Nancy Benson, Clerk/Treasurer
