6.   Old Business.

A.  Nothing new on the Mill Development.

B.  Nothing new on the United Church.

C.  For the hydrant replacement at 385 Vermont Route 15, Joe talked with Chris Wells.  Chris will do when he can, hopefully this fall.  State permits, certified flaggers, etc., are up to Lance.

The hydrant across from Dickinson Drive should have the extension added.  Joe sent specs for what was installed previously.  An extension is needed on the one that was hit.

D.  For 22 Harvest Run, the Alexander property that is being built on the bank, Joe gave John Leo our operator’s number to coordinate how to do the line, etc.  John Leo contacted Lance and Lance told him he can’t do anything until town approval has been approved.  Joe called Lance and left a message that town approval is not necessary and that we had given them approval.  There will be a ¾” line, but it is not ready to tap in.  ben Butler is doing the plumbing and need approval from the State to go across creek.

7.   New Business.

A.    For the Hach chlorine analyzer erratic readings, there is a pressure regulator kit for around $800.00 instead of replacing the whole thing.  Brian will obtain a quote.

B.  Brian has given a wish list of equipment he would like.  The list will be finalized at the next meeting and we can start getting some of the things.  Tanner said he had a tool box about 2 x 4½ x 18 if we want it.

C.  The tanks should be inspected to see if they need cleaning.  The last inspection showed some sediment at the bottom.  We need to get bids for divers.  The tanks were cleaned 12 years ago and the cistern was cleaned.  Joe will talk with Lance.

D.  Nancy will send Joe the expenditures to date to compare with the budget.  Joe will e-mail to Steve and Tanner.
