1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. The Agenda was adopted as presented.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the February meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for February were approved.
4. Customer Comments. Joe spoke with an engineer about turning a single home on Raceway into a duplex. He wanted to know the pressure and regulations. It is not in the regulations, but Joe said we would like to separate meters.
17 Meadow Lane called about having the water shut off for some plumbing work. Joe said there were triangulated pipes and the plumber couldn’t find them.
Joe told the Guays not to pay the current bill until we looked into it.
5. Operations Report.
Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
Routine testing and operations.
Andy did the testing the last few weeks and had no problems.
Joe will talk with Brian tomorrow about the generator.
There was a click in the power at the pumphouse. Mission showed no water being pumped, but it was okay the last couple days. Marc told Joe to check it out.
6. Old Business.
A. Nothing new on the Mill Development.
B. Nothing new on United Church.
Nothing new on River Road development.
7. New Business.
A. Joe has the specs to submit for the hydrant replacement at 385 Vermont Route 15. It was discussed if we should replace the one on Raceway at the same time. It was agreed to go with the one replacement on Route 15. Joe will check with Manosh, Perry and ECI.
B. Joe submitted the contact information for the service line inventory review. None of us have heard anything. It needs to be done by October.
8. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting April 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
9. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
Adjournment. The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
