1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. The Agenda was adopted as presented.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the March meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for March were approved.
4. Customer Comments. The shutoff for 17 Meadow Lane couldn’t be found. Brian has to locate.
5. Operations Report.
Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
Routine testing and operations.
6. Old Business.
A. Nothing new on the Mill Development.
B. Nothing new on United Church. It is down to seven houses, building one or two at a time. The engineering has been done for the road. They have not asked for an allocation. The DRB tentatively approved water/wastewater. Vermont Construction Roofing Division is donating roofs. No timeline on the project.
C. Brian is on top of the generator repair. They wouldn’t order parts until they received the deposit.
7. New Business.
A. The hydrant at 385 Vermont Route 15 will be replaced. The parts couldn’t be found. The other hydrants are functioning, so they will be left for now. Maybe a stand extension for the one on Raceway. We have the shutoffs to work on.
B. The information has been sent. The company is in Indiana and has not requested anything else.
C. A motion was made for Marc Maheux to be the point person for the hydrant replacement, which was approved.
Glenn Martin approached Joe about the potholes. Glenn will get a price to fill. We have a right of way over his land.
8. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting May 7, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
9. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
Adjournment. The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
