1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 7:24 p.m. Joe changed 6C to Line Inventory. The Agenda was adopted as revised.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the September meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for September were approved.
4. Customer Comments. No one has heard back from Robert Brunelle regarding dark water.
5. Operations Report.
Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
Routine testing and operations.
We received a request to shut off the water at 21 Park Street. Brian could not get it to shut off, so Mike Willard helped him.
The alarm was going off at the cistern during Harvest Market. The number of cell phones was interfering with the signal.
6. Old Business.
A. Nothing new on the Mill Development.
B. Nothing new on United Church.
C. Line inventory was discussed at the annual meeting.
D. Champlin bid in 2021 for $10,000.00 for two big tanks. Joe will talk with Lane Simon to get bids for divers and draining.
7. New Business.
A. We would like a history of customer billing to see how many customers there are. We need to compare the service and maintenance plan. Joe will put that together for review in November.
B. Joe told Brian that flushing needs to be done. Brian said he would do himself next week. Brian will be gone for five weeks starting the week of the 16th. Ryan from Simon will do readings. It was asked if Mike would cover.
8. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting November 7, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
9. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
Adjournment. The regular meeting was adjourned at 7:56 p.m.
