2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the October meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for October were approved.
4. Customer Comments. Joe spoke with Tom Doll regarding dirty water. Joe told him what to do and did not hear back.
Joe spoke with Randy Clark regarding the cemetery. Someone put a gravestone in the wrong place and the tractor cannot get through the gate. They want to move the gate over our line. We have two lines that run through the cemetery. One goes 150’ from the post office straight up the hill to Maple Ridge. No graves allowed over the 20’ right of way that we own. There is a curb stop for water halfway up. It was approved for the gate to go over the line.
Joe said Bartlett wants to withdraw from the water system because the water is too expensive. It will have to be shut off from the street. Bartlette will have to cap the line and we will have to be there to bury it. Joe will draft what they have to do.
5. Operations Report.

Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.

A. Brian and Joe did the flushing on two days. Brian did Park Street again the third day. It took 45 minutes and 250,000 gallons across from the control building before the water was clear. Flushed Dumas Road. It ran quite awhile. Park Street needs to be done more often. Did not hear from anyone after.
