1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 5:59 p.m. to adopt the Agenda. The Agenda was adopted.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the August meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for August were approved.
4. Customer Comments. Quite a few customer complaints of cloudy water. Joe has language from Lucas and Mike for an article. Mike was going to coordinate a date for flushing today.
5. Operations Report.
Operator’s Report.
- Water usage. ________ gal/day
- Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
Some shut offs haven’t been found, about half a dozen.
There are tests to be done in September.
The cistern data is not showing on Mission. The technician is supposed to be working on.
We are good on testing. Everything is looking good chemical wise.
6. Old Business.
A. Nothing new on Mill Development update.
B. Nothing new on United Church.
C. No new allocations.
D. With the balance of chemicals, the system is running clean. Mike and Lucas think there is mineral sediment.
7. New Business.
A. We are waiting for a cost estimate on the tank cleaning. Champlin subs out to a contractor. Joe will put some pressure on them for an estimate.
B. Champlin had to do paperwork for the sanitary survey review and have completed manuals. They haven’t done the cistern work.
C. Joe will work on the budget and send out before the October meeting. We should be able to continue another year without raising rates.
D. No leaks were found on the leak detection report.
E. Annual meeting will be October 4 at 6:00 p.m.
8. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting October 4, 2022 following the annual meeting.
9. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
Adjournment. The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:39 p.m.
