1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. to adopt the Agenda. The Agenda was adopted.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the February meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial statements for February were approved.
4. Customer Comments. Did not hear anything more from the Guays.
Jerry Russin called regarding the delinquent charge on his bill and saying he is selling the property.
Martin Coffeey had a broken water meter at his father’s property since there was no heat in the building. Marc and Mike Johnson changed the meter. He agreed to keep the heat on. The closing that was supposed to happen in February was postponed.
Joe spoke with the foreman of the Underhill Road Crew about replacing the line in front of Jacobs’ store. Joe told him we were not replacing it. They are going to leave the road dug up for about a year.
5. Operations Report.
Operator’s Report.
- Water usage. ________ gal/day
- Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
Mike Johnson got the testing results from Helen.
There was a problem with the 3G radios. Mission gave us new radios and a tech from Champlin installed them. The tank alarm went off after the change.
6. Old Business.
A. Nothing new on Mill Development.
B. Nothing new on United Church.
C. No allocations.
7. New Business.
A. Joe signed a new application and sent it to Elliot for resubmitting. We haven’t heard back.
B. Joe had three candidates for the assistant operator position. He recommends Brian Picotte. Joe will give him a call to see if he could meet with Marc and the others tomorrow. Joe will get back to Brian Bertsch also.
C. Lucas DiMaur is the new operator at Champlin, who lives in Barton. Joe talked with Mike Johnson. He is training to be an operator. He will be doing our work. They are meeting with Marc tomorrow to take a tour of the district. Joe will invite Lucas to our April meeting.
8. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting April 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
9. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
Adjournment. The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
