1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. to adopt the Agenda. Joe asked to add tank inspection bid to New Business as well as the CCR Report. The Agenda was adopted as revised.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the May meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for May were approved.
4. Customer Comments. Had a couple complaints of cloudy water. Power was lost on June 10, so it may had stirred stuff up when the pump came back on.
A couple people were putting up fences and asked about the water line. Joe told them the water line is buried pretty deep and should not be affected.
5. Operations Report.
Operator’s Report.
- Water usage. ________ gal/day
- Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
Regular testing has been done.
6. Old Business.
A. Jason said they received approval for Phase I in Jericho in December, 2021. It is now in Act 250.
B. Nothing new on development grant.
C. No new allocations.
7. New Business.
A. Not discussed

C. The meter readings will be done on June 28. Joe will put a notice in Front Porch Forum.
D. Flushing was done in April.
E. Tank Inspection Bid. The Board received a bid for the inspection of the tanks for $2,600.00. A motion was made to move forward with the inspection. The motion was approved.
F. CCR Report – A notice for the CCR Report will go out with the July 1 bills. The Board will hand deliver to the apartments. Joe will let them know to contact him for a copy.
8. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting August 2, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
9. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
Adjournment. The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:39 p.m.
