1.   Call to Order and Welcome.  Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. to adopt the Agenda.  The Agenda was adopted.

 

2.   Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s).  Minutes from the December meeting were approved. 

 

3.   Review and approval of financial statements.  The financial statements for December were approved.

 

4.   Customer Comments.  Kirk said there were some Facebook posts of dirty water on the 28th that Andy conveyed to him.  Kirk left messages, but did not hear back.  We have not heard back from Casilli regarding their usage.

 

5.   Operations Report.

 

Operator’s Report.

  1. Water usage.  ________ gal/day
  2. Test Results and Testing.

Bacteria results negative.

Fluoride results within tolerance.

 

Kirk said the old chlorine pump was disconnected.  Don took out the signal and put it on Mission.  The pump flow rates are now on Mission.

 

Kirk said they fixed the leak at the dance studio on the 14th.  Joe came down for that.  The company that had the trailer put a wrap to seal up the pipe, which loosened.  Kirk believes it has been leaking for some time.  The ground was dangerously saturated.  They put in a steel box and sheathing.  Courtland did a great job.

 

Kirk read the meters and just had to fix a couple touch pads.

 

6.   Old Business.

 

A.  Nothing new on Mill Development.

 

B.  Nothing new on United Church.

 

C.  No allocations.

 

D.  John is still working once or twice.  Andy said no.  Kirk will put an ad on Front Porch Forum and have Andy put one of Facebook.

 

7.   New Business. 

 

A.  Wayne said we got denied for funds.  He is going to appeal it.  Kirk will reach out to Wayne to see where things are. 

 

B.  Have not heard anything from Poker Hill residents.

 

C.  Joe will keep the capital plan on the agenda.

 

Joe has not been down to cut the tree that fell on the well.

 

8. Next Regular Meeting.  Next regular meeting February 2, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

 

9. Review and Approve Bills.  Bills were reviewed and approved.

 

Adjournment.  The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
