1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. to adopt the Agenda. The Agenda was adopted.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the April meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for April were reviewed. New reports will be reviewed by e-mail.
4. Customer Comments. None.
5. Correspondence. Booklets.
6. Operations Report.
Operator’s Report.
- Water usage. ________ gal/day
- Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
7. Repairs, Maintenance, and Connections.
8. Old Business.
Nothing discussed.
9. New Business.
A. Joe said Jericho is studying the sidewalk from Park Street to the bank. We will have to see where the water lines and shutoffs are. That is a ways off. Underhill may start the work on June 1. One curb stop is right where the drain is going in. The gas line is too close to the water line and the water line is too close to the drain. We will work with the contractor. Work is supposed to be finished by Harvest Market weekend.
B. We will coordinate with Vermont Gas and company doing drains on Park Street for the Town work.
C. Estimated nine lots on nine acres.
Steve asked about hydrant flushing. Joe will check with Kirk.
There may be money available for water/sewer infrastructures. Joe said Kirk will keep his ears open. Joe will check with Marc on the capital plan.
10. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting June 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
11. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
Adjournment. The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:23 p.m.
