1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:59 p.m. to adopt the Agenda. Joe stated that we would stop at #9. The Agenda was adopted.

2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the February meeting were approved.

3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for February were approved.

4. Customer Comments.

  1. None.
  2. Lee Dumas had a water leak, but it was past our line, so it was his responsibility. Ben Butler needed the water turned back on. A new touch pad is needed further out. Andy will take care of that.
  3. None.

5. Correspondence. Newsletters.

6. Operations Report.

Operator’s Report.

  1. Water usage. 35,738 gal/day
  2. Test Results and Testing.
    Bacteria results negative.
    Fluoride results within tolerance.

7. Repairs, Maintenance, and Connections.

Kirk said Andy did the monthly report. It has mostly been quiet.

The tub at the control building is cracked and needs to be replaced. Kirk and Andy will take care of that.

Kirk has been playing phone tag with Dig Safe.

 

Testing is good. The fluoride has been up and down, but Andy and Kirk are addressing that.

Bissonette was asking about the fees for install for two duplexes for 327 Vermont Route 15. Kirk with talk with him about it.

Andy said the flushing may be done April 10. Kirk is going to look into a defuser and hydrant gate valve.

Andy said Patty Gray was looking for a buy out through FEMA. Andy pulled up some things for her and she is happy.

ST Paving asked about 4,000/5,000 gallons of water to mill the road by Clark Trucking. Joe said we could charge them by tanker load. Kirk would research. Steve Owen got water from us in the past.

Tatro was looking for 20,000 capacity for rest of property. This will be discussed next month.

8. Old Business.

  1. The Mill Development is in a wait period.
  2. Kirk will get a quote with install pricing for new hydrants. This will be discussed further in April.
  3. Not discussed.
  4. Nothing new on Bartlett Lane.
  5. The old ID school at 413 Vermont Route 15 is looking for an allocation of 260 gallons per day for an office and one apartment. The line will stay in place and they are not upgrading. There will be a reconnect fee. It was shut off at the curb stop. The allocation was approved.

Greg Tatro combined his previous allocations for a total of 6,581 gallons for 368 Vermont Route 15. The allocation was approved.

10. Next Regular Meeting. The next regular meeting will be April 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

11. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
