1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. to adopt the Agenda, which was approved.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the September meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for September were approved.
4. Customer Comments. Andy moved the trailer next to Steve Guay’s property. A decision will be made one of these days on a fence by the property.
Marc received an e-mail from Linda Greaves at the lab regarding the fluoride program. We are close to the lab results. Roland Luxenberg said they test differently. The State was 0.4 and we were 1.9.
Joe asked Tanner to tell the Board a little about himself. He lives at 333 VT Route 15 in Jericho. He is a contractor/property manager and has a wife and two children. He has been on a couple boards and owns a couple rentals.

Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
Mike said the Maple Ridge culvert was put in. They found the main line under the road and it was not damaged. They insulated it.
Mike had a couple issue with the radio transmitter. It lost signal in the control building. It had blown a fuse. He hasn’t had a problem since.
Mike said there were minor leaks in the chloride pump. They have been changing the tubing every month, which seems to work.
Mike said the fluoride reading were low. The cap on the diffuser arm was cracked. He cleaned and added fluoride. He was concerned with the chlorine and fluoride readings, but McNeil had the same readings. Mike took the water sample to McNeil and mixed it there.
Mike said the PFOA samples were taken and it will be three weeks for the results.
Mike said the flushing will be done October 17 and 18.
Mike said there were two curb stop valve boxes that needed fixing. He talked to Joe and they will be fixed.
7. Repairs, Maintenance, and Connections.
The BRMS low flow water meter is not working.
The dance studio ordered the wrong meter. Marc gave them a spec sheet before they ordered it.
There was a large water consumption at the old library owned by Zambarano. Mike will get permission to go in and see if the water is on.
Mike said the run time on Pump 2 was more than Pump 1. It was asked if it should be turned off. Marc will contact Layne.
Andy said the hydrants are done except for painting. They have been serviced and are in functioning order.

B. 2020 project planning will be addressed at November meeting. Projects to include replacing hydrants? The one at the end of Meadow Lane is bad. Will need to check on sidewalk project and where it is with the hydrant.
10. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting November 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
11. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
