1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. to adopt the Agenda, which was approved.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the June meeting were approved, with one change in the second sentence of the third paragraph on Page 2: “Will need a contractor size air compressor to run the scalers.”
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for June were approved.
4. Customer Comments.
A. No customers present.
B. Joe spoke with some tenants at the senior housing about sediment after the flushing. Joe explained what to do.
C. Mike said Nancy Spier was shutoff yesterday to install a black plastic line at 140 Raceway.
5. Correspondence.

6. Operations Report.
Operator’s Report.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
Marc said the first job meeting for house near BRMS will start on the 15th of this month. The main will need to be shut down from ID School to Park Street. A boil water advisory will be sent out.
Marc said the house across the road from BRMS needs to sign application and Marc will bring meter over after plumbing.
Route 15 paving from North Underhill started today. Marc spoke with inspector about a 2” overlay. They need to go back and look at contract. There was nothing above valve boxes to be taken care of. Marc had e-mails that we would work with them to mill around in road 2” risers. Mike put paint around Creekside and flagged it. Marc will send another e-mail. Marc will count valves and get risers on.
Mike and Marc talked about conduit under Maple Ridge Road and doing Friday. Marc spoke with Carl about service line for Carters. Need to run a service line back to closest place to feed Jim’s house. Line on Park Street should be increased one size up to reduce friction. It is in limbo, engineer started. There is a potential of JAR Hall into residence.
Marc talked with Carl about locating curb stops that are not located by GPS and map. Mike believes there is one more to locate. Need to make sure where valve boxes on Maple Ridge Road are. Marc found curb stop on Raceway. Marc has a list.
Marc said this quarter is expensive for sampling.
Marc said we need to update lead copper plan and submit to the State.
Marc said the date didn’t work for the sanitary inspection and the State is after him. He will call this month.
Mike said the control building needs to be cleaned.
Marc will see about renting the compressor for the needle scaler and to paint.
Mike said a line was pointed out for the library for the gas company.
Marc said they located the water line for the town on Maple Ridge. It was traced up to the top.
Mike said there are parts for the curb stops. Work is needed on caps that they couldn’t get off.
7. Repairs, Maintenance, and Connections.
Marc said everything was good.
8. Old Business.
B. Marc said to try the sample bead packs and see what is best. Should have paint soon made for hydrants around $63.00 a gallon. We need to investigate a compressor and see if there is enough help. Mike will check on the number of hydrants we have.
C. Joe said the CCR report notices were delivered and he signed State form and mailed the report on June 25.
9. New Business.
Mike said we need to find an excavator as Wayne Russin is not available. Marc suggested someone that knows regulations. Marc and Mike will put together names. Joe will put on the August agenda.
A notice will be sent with the July billing looking for a trustee to run in October.
10. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting August 6, 2019 at 7:00 PM.
11. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
