Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm to adopt the Agenda, which was approved.

 

1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the May meeting were approved .

 

2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the May meeting were approved.

 

3. Operations Report.

    A. Operator’s report. 

        i. Water usage. 46513  gal/day 

         ii. Test Results and Testing.

             Bacteria results negative.

             Fluoride results within tolerance.

            

    B. Marc picked up Lead and Copper test bottles to sample with during this quarter. Bacti test was taken in.

 

     C. Town of Underhill called about beavers on Farmhouse Road. Marc called the Game Warden it is ok to shoot them or get someone to trap them. After this is done he will go down and tear apart the dam.

 

     D. Glen Martin concerned about repairs to the driveway to the control building, Marc will discuss repairs with him.

 

 4. Customer concerns/comments

 

1. Linda Walker on Brookside called about dirty water, Marc explained that the Fire Department had opened a hydrant and it should clear.

 

    B. Tatro called about hooking up the house on River Road to the system since the well to that house has been contaminated. They will fill out the proper forms and the Board said it is ok for Marc to approve so the work can be done as soon as possible.

 

5. Repairs and Maintenance.

 

1. Mike fixed window in the white storage building.

     

6. Old business. 

 

     A. Tatro should be contacting us soon for water for the mill yard demolishing project.

 

 7.  New Business.

 

1. Marc and Mike’s Operator permits expire the end of June 2019. 25 hours is needed to be recertified and Marc will not be doing this. He will continue to help the District however he can.

 

2. Mike away June 8th-11th, 21st-23rd. Steve July 27th-Aug 10th, Joe June 5th-9th.

 

8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.

 

9. Next Meeting Date:  Next regular meeting July 2, 2018 at 7:00 PM.

                                       

10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 7:58PM.
