Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm to adopt the Agenda, which was approved.
1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the March meeting were approved.
2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the March meeting were approved. Jane asked to have Mike shut water off at 399 VT RT 15 on Tuesday for nonpayment. She also asked Joe to let Randy Clark know that he will be receiving his tenants water bills from this point forward.
3. Operations Report.
A. Operator’s report.
i. Water usage. 37422 gal/day
ii. Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
B. VFDs operating correctly, run time on maple ridge now on the Mission report. Pumps can also be turned on and off remotely.
C. Flushing scheduled for May 17th. Hydrant flags also need to be put on.
4. Customer concerns/comments
- Mike is going to start working on repairing hydrants and see how it goes.
5. Repairs and Maintenance.

6. Old business.
A. Joe to email Jane information about the clerk position so she can add it into the billing.
7. New Business.
- Steve Owen is going to start filling his trucks after flushing.
- Marc has contacted the Underhill Lister’s office for the information needed to do the Source Protection Plan.
- Steve will be away April 13-21
8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.
9. Next Meeting Date: Next regular meeting May 7, 2018 at 7:00 PM.
10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
