    Special Meeting September 11, 2017

 

 1.    Joe called the meeting to order at 7:31. Jason made a motion to adopt the Agenda and the Board approved the motion.

 

 2.  The Board discussed the Budget for Fiscal Year 2017-18 they discussed the numbers and worked on preparing the budget. Jason made a motion to adopt the expense spending plan as provided by Jason $143,86.72 for Fiscal year 2018. Motion seconded and approved.

 

3. Jason made a motion for minimum increase of 4%. Base fee from $ 49.50 to $ 51.50, 1000-gallon rate $5.25 to $5.50, Sprinkler Fee $ 90.75 to $ 94.50 and Flat Rate $ 23.50 to $24.50. Motion seconded and approved.

 

 4. Meeting Adjourned: Meeting adjourned at 8:46 PM
