Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 8:11 pm to adopt the Agenda, which was approved.

 

1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the September meeting were approved.

2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the September meeting were approved.

3. Operations Report.

    A. Operator’s report. 

        i. Water usage. 43867   gal/day 

         ii. Test Results and Testing.

             Bacteria results negative.

             Fluoride results within tolerance.

            

    B. September Bacti had a hit 4 more repeat samples came back fine.

    C. Tank inspections have been done waiting on results. Water usage up a bit dry September and Harvest Market.

     D. Mike and Marc put in post on Maple Ridge and cut trees in preparation of solar. A few more trees to cut.

     E. Spafford's pulled the pump put the new parts on and the capacity it still low, the probe is not showing the low production on the pump. One possibility is to change the liquid end on the pump so Marc asked for a price on that. Another thing we could do is have Lane come up and do a step test.

4. Customer concerns/comments  

1. Request for a line trace at 7 Maple Ridge not able to trace.

5. Repairs and Maintenance.     

 6. Old business. 

     A. Still waiting to hear from Doug Bliss about electrical.

 7.  New Business.

1. Jane asked to go into Executive Session for a personnel question.

8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.

9. Next Meeting Date:  Next regular meeting November 6, 2017 at 7:00 PM.                                      

10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 PM. Jason made a motion to go into Executive Session for Personnel issues. Exited Executive Session at 8:48 pm. The Board approved a change to the Assistant Operators pay effective December 1, 2017
