Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm to adopt the Agenda, which was approved.
1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the October meeting were approved.
2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the October meeting were approved.
3. Operations Report.
A. Operator’s report.
i. Water usage. 46113 gal/day
ii. Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
B. October Bacti had a hit 4 more repeat samples came back fine.
C. Water usage up in October it was a flushing month.
D. Tank inspection report arrived some sediment in tanks and then they also gave us some simple repairs or additions they would like to see. Marc will get reports to all trustee’s so they can review and we can decide when we would have to repaint.
E. Generator’s worked fine during the recent power outage.
4. Customer concerns/comments
- Received a call from Rotella Property Management asking if we tested for girardi since one of their tenants child has it. Marc explained that we do not do a specific test for it but if we had a hot spot we would be hearing about it.
5. Repairs and Maintenance.
A. Doug Bliss has pulled the wire, GMP doesn’t allow. anything on the pole anymore. the wire is just shy of the correct amps to go across the road Doug to give a price on what we need. Marc is also going to check with Doug and Nate about doing a an open cut on the road to run the lines.
B. Marc had Spafford's get a new liquid end , pitless adapter and probes for pump #1 it is repaired and is back online now. But now pump #2 is not working. marc had Champlin’s check it out and the subtrol is bad on it and can not be replaced. Marc asked for a quote on VFD”s not sure if both pumps need to be done but now is the time to do it.
6. Old business.
A. Cistern work is done and has already been approved for payment so when the bill comes Jane is to pay it.
7. New Business.
- Jane shared letter that Dick Wheatley is retiring she is going to check with Lavalle and Co to see if we can work with them.
- Jason made a motion to raise non residential rates approx. 33% to the nearest 100 the motion was seconded and so approved. Jason will send new prices to go in the regulations to Marc.
8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.
9. Next Meeting Date: Next regular meeting December 4, 2017 at 7:00 PM.
10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 8:02 PM.
