Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 7:56 pm to adopt the Agenda, which was approved as amended to go into Executive Session at the end of the meeting.

1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the September meeting were approved as amended to add Chlorine to 3 B. On 3 C change house to office.

2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the September meeting were approved.

3. Operations Report.

    A. Operator’s report. 

        i. Water usage. 45204  gal/day 

         ii. Test Results and Testing.

             Bacteria results negative.

             Fluoride results within tolerance.           

    B. Usage was lower than prior Septembers.

    C. Blending chlorine 50/50 and increasing pump speed for same levels.

4. Customer concerns/comments  

1. Bob Genter on Meadow Lane called and said he had colored water. Marc and Mike checked on this there were no leaks, chlorine levels were up a little so they flushed and all was good.

5. Repairs and Maintenance.

     

 6. Old business.     

1. Marc Mike and Steve have been working on finding curb stops for the Grant.

 

 7.  New Business.

1. A.    We have been informed that Maple Ridge improvements are a fundable project.

1. B.     Mike will be working on curb stops October 27^th thru November 1^st; he will also be out of town October 21-23.     

8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.

 

9. Next Meeting Date:  Next regular meeting November 7, 2016 at 7:00 PM.

 

10. Executive Session.

1. A.    Jason made a motion to go into Executive Session at 8:29 pm to discuss personnel matter. The Board came out of executive session at 8:38 pm.

11. Joe made a motion for Jason to sign a letter to Social Security for the over payment in 2012.

 

 12. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 8:42 PM.
