Jason Ritter called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm to adopt the Agenda, which was approved as amended to move customer comments to #2.

1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the July meeting were approved.

2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the July meeting were approved.

3. Operations Report.

    A. Operator’s report. 

        i. Water usage. 45135 gal/day 

         ii. Test Results and Testing.

             Bacteria results negative.

             Fluoride results within tolerance.           

    B. Chlorine analyzer still having issues with the optic’s it would cost as much to replace the optics as to purchase a new one. Marc feels a new analyzer should go into the budget. Jason asked him to send him some quotes.

    C. Update on Jericho Market: Stone dust was blown into the 8” main to stabilize it, they passed the pressure test, bactie test and the chlorine test the water is on now. They now have 60 days to give us the engineering certification with all changes that have occurred. They also still need to connect the old mill house.

    D. Mike reported he is still working on the chlorine pump. Marc suggested that he try diluting the solution. Mike put a new wire on Mia Russin’s meter a woodchuck chewed them also there is a tree down on the fence at the Poker Hill tank.

4. Customer concerns/comments

1. A.    Ben Butler from Maple Ridge Road came to discuss his concerns about the cistern. He worries we are wasting water as the overflow discharges water and also very concerned about erosion. Marc explained that it is running as it is designed and that erosion has not changed. Mike is to check it out again and set the timer so it will drain at night.

1. Joe has sent information to disadvantaged business’s as requested by the Grant and as soon as approved we can start looking for curb stops

 7.  New Business.

1. Steve on vacation September 8^th thru the 18^th, Mike September 1^st thru the 11^th, Steve October 1^st thru 8^th, Jason August 22^nd thru 26^th. Jane surgery September 8^th.                       

8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.

9. Next Meeting Date:  Next regular meeting September 5, 2016 at 7:00 PM.                                      

10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 8:19 PM.
