    Special Meeting August 24, 2015

 

 1.    Peter called the meeting to order at 7:15. Jason made a motion to adopt the Agenda and the Board approved the motion.

 2.  The Board discussed the Budget for Fiscal Year 2016 they discussed the numbers and worked on preparing the budget. Then they were to review the potential budget so it could be finalized at the next regular meeting.

3. The board made a decision to cancel the telephone at the Control Building Jane will call Fairpoint.

4. Meeting Adjourned: Meeting adjourned at 9:15 PM
