Special Meeting May 11, 2015
1. Peter called the meeting to order at 7:00. Jason made a motion to adopt the Agenda with additions of leak detection; flushing and RT 15 project the Board approved the motion.
2. Discussion of the RFP’s concerns about the bad experience had with Alan Huizenga on the Poker Hill project. Engineering Ventures concerns about the projects they have done and how they would do on ours. Aldrich and Elliott Marc to come up with a list of questions for them and to talk to some of their references, their references seem to be similar to the project we are doing. Plan is to narrow down to one or two and get references on them. Peter to let them know that that the Board has not made a decision yet. Preliminary finding headed toward Aldrich and Elliott with verification of cost and references. Plan to schedule meeting with them Peter to discuss cost and Marc will discuss technical.
3. A. Leak detection with Randy Troupe on May 18th.
B. Flushing June 11th and 12th Jane to contact newspaper.
C. Rt 15 project good to go towards the middle to the end of May. Marc will start purchasing materials.
