Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm to adopt the Agenda, which was approved as amended to discus successor under new business.
1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the May meeting were approved also approved were the minutes from Special Meetings on May 11th and 18th.
2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the May meeting were approved. Peter to mark up the information from the ARRA Loan as to how we would like it to read. Also approved to open up a new checking account for the loan and to use money from the Capital improvement fund.
3. Operations Report.
A. Operator’s report.
i. Water usage. 54190 gal/day
ii. Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
A. Marc posted on the web site and Front Page Forum the work on Rt 15 being done and the Boil Water Notice.
B. Leak was found at Roger Millers plastic line connected to curb stop with nylon fitting was leaking and broken. Loosing approx 8 gallons a minute. Complicated curb stop in front of the house not in correct place should be on property boundary. New 200 PSI line with tracer wire was ran out of the house to curb stop. Then they will continue Millers line out when they find out exactly where the line goes. Kendall Holden’s curb stop is broken so it will be repaired, if the line is plastic that will be replaced. Discussion on who will absorb the cost of the Miller repair, Holden is definitely our responsibility. Joe made a motion to absorb the cost of the Miller repair, Jason seconded and the Board approved.
C. Rt 15 project started on May 27th found old tapping sleeve, at Helen Miller’s, 408 Vt Rt service box only since it had a fairly new connection, 410 Rt 15 tapping saddle ok crimped the pipe and cut and dug the ditch lower moved curb stop to lawn and covered with 2 sheets of foam board from the curb stop to the main, Metcalf directly tapped into main correctly tapped the main and sealed up old tap hole and a new curb stop and box installed. Water was off approx 2 hours; main was under the edge of the black top so we tried to tunnel around it to make the repair.
D. Phosphate purchased and received and Fluoride and Chlorine was ordered. Mike and Marc to find time to super clean the fluoride saturator.
E. Water is on and remote hooked up at Gabe Handy’s on Rt 15, Matt Morse was given a new meter and a loop.

- Peter reported that we don’t need the environmental report until final design. Eric Law said we need the preliminary in December approx a vote in March and then construction in 2016. Jason made a motion for Peter to sign the engineering document as amended and that they understand that payment would be once we received money from the State for the engineering. Joe seconded and the motion was approved. Peter to get more help filling out the application.
7. New Business.
- Discussion of a successor for Peter was had Joe would take over as president so now recruiting would have to start now to replace the trustee position. Put information about trustee position on Front Page Forum our website and also on our next billing. Joe and Peter to discuss and plan for a transition.
8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.
9. Next Meeting Date: Regular Meeting July 13, 2015 \10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 8:39 PM.
