Special Meeting September 29, 2014
1. Peter called the meeting to order at 7:00. Peter made a motion to adopt the Agenda and Joe seconded, the Board approved the Agenda.
2. Trent Statton with PeakCM was present on David Villeneuve’s behalf, he shared the plans for the proposed Jericho Market at the site of the old sawmill on RT 15. They plan to bore underground the 8” line David has already paid for and connect to that. The Board and Marc went over the plans with Trent; Marc would like to review them with Paul O’Leary because of the scope of the project. Trent will fill out an allocation form and get it back to us.
3. A. Discussion continued on the Budget amounts were revisited and fine-tuned. Joe made a motion to accept the Budget Jason seconded and was approved.
B. Peter to work on the Trustee report for the annual meeting, Joe will explain the Rte 15 project and Jason will explain the purpose of the loan amount the Board is asking for.
C. Joe provided the email of the Lawyer who will take Vince’s place since his retirement.
D. Marc reported that he met with Wayne Russin to discuss the leak at Poker Hill Tank and make a plan to fix it.
