Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:41 pm to adopt the Agenda, which was approved.
1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the 3 September meetings were approved with corrections.
2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the September meeting were approved. Jane reported that the Bond payment was less due to the refunding we received when we bonded. Jane also suggested that we plan to have the Budget for 2015 ready at the end of August.
3. Operations Report.
A. Operator’s report.
i. Water usage.59933 gal/day
ii. Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance
B. The leak detection has been finished were found the blow off at the south end of 15 this was repaired by cranking the valve down tighter, Park Street and Rt 15 hydrant leaking the sound is where there is packing for the self draining. We should do maintenance on all hydrants and inventory any issues to repair. Randy will give a price on repairing hydrant. Major leak at the Poker Hill tank loosing approx 30,000 gallons a day. The digging has been slow due to electrical and it is very wet and we are approx 7 down will continue on Tuesday. Marc drained and shut of the Poker Hill tank ti eliminate if the leak was under the tank
C. It is time to do fall flushing the trustees will work around Mikes schedule to make this happen.
D. Matt Morse requested the water shut off at his father’s home, he will continue to pay the base fee. It was requested that the water at 6 River Road be turned on Marc shut it back off because the valves were leaking.
E. Marc is to going to do calibration with the fire department at their Tuesday night drill, he will be picking up a new gauge for the test.
F. Marc spoke with Bruce Garrapy to see if his company could letter the vest that belong to the water district so people will be able to see who it is wearing it, Bruce said they could and the cost would be roughly $100.00. Dwight is also working on a quote for magnets to put on his vehicle when he is reading meters.
4. Customer concerns/comments
A. The allocation letter from David Villeneuve was reviewed and approved for the Jericho Market

8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.
