Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.
1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the October meeting was approved with changes to why the pipe at Kevin Campbells was approved.
2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the October meeting were approved.
3. Operations Report.
A. Operator’s report.
i. Water usage. 48838 gal/day
ii. Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance
B. Water usage has been down since the water leak was repaired.
C. Chlorine Analyzer flow regulator was replaced, the new one made a huge difference it has never ran so well.
D. Marc covered for Mike while he was on vacation
4. Customer concerns/comments.
A.
5. Repairs and Maintenance.
A. Mike power washed the lower section of the Poker Hill Tank he would like to rent a lift to finish.
6. Old Business.
7. New Business.
A. Marc and Mike are going to flush the Main Lines the week of Nov 11-15. Jane will put a notice in the paper.
B. Mike is on vacation October 24-29.
8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.
9. Next Meeting Date: Next regular meeting December 2,
10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 PM.
