Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the May meeting was approved
2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the May meeting were approved.
3. Operations Report.
A. Operator’s report.
i. Water usage. 52871 gal/day
ii. Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance
B. Marc reported after heavy rains System check showed nothing out of the ordinary.
C. Marc offered to order a new meter for the Underhill ID School, and they will have it installed.
D. Marc ordered meter Hydrant whips and they have been installed.
E. Water usage up some part of it due to flushing.
F. Mike reported system checks are going well and he put oil in the Poker Hill generator.
4.Customer concerns/comments.

6. Old business.
A. Discussion about possible leak going from Maple Ridge to Kevin Campbell’s on Sugar Hill. Wet in front of tank looks like our water coming out of the ground. Water coming out of ground by Campbell’s there should be a shut off for him by the cistern. Going to try to shut it off and fill with air to look for the leak. Marc has spoken with Kevin.
B. Marc spoke with Blueprints etc it would be approx. 48 cents per foot to copy the prints. Marc will get an estimate.
7. New Business.
A. It was reported that Jacob mowed the Control Building
B. June vacations: Mike June 15-23, Joe June 5-10, 18-26, Peter June 5-23.
8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.
9. Next Meeting Date: Next regular meeting July 1, 2013 at 7:00 PM
10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 PM.
