Informational Meeting
Monday May 4,2009
Attendance: David Damkot, Peter Mitchell, Marc Maheux, Jane Maheux, Michael Perrault, Dick Eldred, Doug Keith, Sara Ritter and Joe O’Brien
David Damkot was appointed by the Board to act as moderator in the absence of Bill Frank.
A Power Point presentation was given by Peter Mitchell. It explained the improvements which were planned for the District. There was discussion on the best way to raise base fees or usage fees. Michael Perrault suggested a Heat Pump be used at the pump house.
Marc Maheux made a motion to raise the base fee from $36.00 to $40.00; the motion was seconded by Jane Maheux. The moderator presented the question to those in attendance and it passed with a voice vote. The motion will be effective January 1 2010.
A motion to adjourn was presented by Joe O’Brien and seconded by Dick Eldred.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.
