Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Reviewed the Status of the Stimulus Loan:
We are rated 69th on the non funded list. Peter would like to figure out what we got points for the items that we did.
We would need an engineer in order to get Federal Money.
Do we want to bond or get a Bank Loan.
Peter feels we should hold off on Bond vote until we understand more about the process and what to do and then meet again.
Peter to check with Giuliani to see how we would have to warn this.
Marc suggested that a meeting be set up with Eric Blatt and Al Lewis and have them look at the engineering specs and see what we would really need.
Discussion we be continued at the next regular meeting.
