Subject: Summary of Special Meeting May 14, 2002
The meeting was called to order at 7 pm by P.Mitchell.
Those present included board members P.Mitchell, R.Eldred, R.Koniuto, and candidates for the position of Meter Reader, and Collector.
The meeting went into executive session at 7 p.m. The meeting exited executive session at 8:30 p.m..
It was moved and seconded to offer the Meter Reader position to D.DeCoster. The duties and compensation are to be as stated in the Meter Reader (Part Time) Job Description dated October 7, 2001 and Compensation and Reimbursement Schedule updated 10-7-01. (These are contained in the Officer's Handbook). The motion passed.
The board decided to make the Meter Reader position offer in writing and to thank the other candidates in writing also. Letters are to be drafted by P.Mitchell
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45pm.
