EMERGENCY MEETING

Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:20 P.M.

     This meeting was called to figure out how best to deal with a transition from one clerk to the other.  It was decided a transition period would start the week of October 22 for Jane to work with Kathy. A decision was made that everything would be turned over to Jane by November 1st.
     There was some discussion about the different jobs the clerk and the treasurer does, more will be followed up when Kathy and Jane meet.
     It was decided and voted on that during the transition period Kathy would be paid at the new rate of 500.00 for the month of October, and Jane would be paid 10.00 per hour for her time.
     The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
