Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:06 P.M
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to review and approve the Source Protection Plan.
1. Discuss Source Protection Plan Survey results : Identify (new) concerns.
(Assessment of risks and management of Existing Risks).
The Board and operator reviewed these items. No new concerns were identified.
The completed survey forms were given to the clerk for filing.
2. Feedback from Presentation to Jericho-Underhill Mill's Riverside Park Board Mtg.
(Desire to rent for agricultural use.)
M. Maheux attented the Riverside Park Board Meeting where he discussed our Water District. He pointed out the location of the wells and property lines.The park board mentioned its idea of renting part of its land for agricultural purposes. No final decsion has been made on the idea.
3. Review the Draft of the Report.
Title Page, Contents
Move the order of the items in the Table of Contents.

Add the information regarding 2001 actions. Nothing major has changed.

5. Other Business
A.) Connection application for F. Edgerly at 331 Vermont Route 15, Jericho, VT.
Shutoff may exist, but not visible or on records.
A motion was made and unanimously carried to accept Fred Edgerly's application for water service at 331 Vermont Route 15 and to authorize Marc Maheux to coordinate the job.
B. Other.
The clerk reported that the meter reader was 85% finish reading the meters and expected to finish that night.
The treasurer reported that there were currently 13 unpaid accounts that may be turned over for collection/disconnection.
