Peter Mitchell called the emergency meeting to order at 1:45 P.M. The purpose of this emergency meeting was to fill a vacant position on the

Board

Richard Eldred moved the Board appoint Roger Koniuto as a trustee to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Peter Mitchell. This

appointment is to become effective immediately and will continue until the next Annual Meeting (October 16, 2000) The motion was seconded and

approved immediately.

The status of maintenance at Pump House # 1 and the filling of the meter reader vacancy were discussed. No action was taken.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:55 P.M.
