Peter Mitchell called the emergency meeting to order at 7:02 P.M. The purpose of this emergency meeting was to interview a candidate for Assistant Water Operator.
The Board reviewed and unanimously approved the Job Description as presented.
The Board went into Executive Session at 7:08 p.m. For the purpose of interviewing the job applicant. Those present at the Executive Session were President Peter Mitchell, Trustee Richard Eldred, Chief Operator Marc Maheux, and candidate Debbie Fowler. The Board moved out of Executive Session at 8:00 p.m.
A motion was made and carried to accept Debbie Fowler as Novice Operator, effective immediately. A letter will be sent to Debbie Fowler notifying her of the Board's decision and asking for her response at her earliest convenience.
Bills were reviewed and approved for payment.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:39 p.m.
