President Harold Sargent called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
1. Review & Approval of Previous Minutes. The minutes were reviewed and approved with 6a. corrected from "second boiler" to read "second source of domestic hot water" and 7a. corrected from "tomorrow (3/7/95)." to read "sometime in the future".
2. Review & Approval of Financial Statement. The statement was reviewed and approved with the Professional Services line under DISBURSEMENTS divided into two lines - one to read Professional Services(Legal)-$22.50 and the other to appear under Contract Services - Wellhead Survey - $7001.69 (as it had been shown in reports from previous years.)

5. Old Business.
John Fowler collected the hydrant flags and stored them in the shed at pump house #1. It was reported by Harold that the hydrant paint job was holding up well after two years.
6. New Business.
1. On March 11, 1995, at about 9:00 p.m., a National Guard fuel oil tanker went off the road near the intersection of Steam Mill Road and Dickinson Street in front of Browns River Middle School. Harold Sargent investigated the incident. There was less than 25 gallons of fuel oil spilled. An oil absorbent was used to collect the spilled oil and the contaminated soil was removed. The area has since been filled in and seeded. The Hazardous Materials Division of the Environmental Protection Agency was involved.
2. Harold Sargent brought to the board attention that he had encountered a customer parked in front of the gate to the control building and wells (No.2). He was walking his Golden Retriever dogs on the water district property. He spoke to the man and asked him not to park in front of the gate. Harold also noticed dog feces and asked the man to be sure to clean up after his dogs in the future. Mr. Merrill agreed to pick up the feces.
3. Harold Sargent picked up the litter around the control building.
4. Harold found an extra valve cover beside Hydrant #3. He put it in the storage building.
5. The clerk presented a copy of the racial nondiscrimination survey to be sent to all customers with the April billing. It was discussed and some additions were made.
8. Bills to review & approve for payment. The bills were reviewed and approved for payment.
9. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 9:17 p.m.
