EMERGENCY MEETING
of the
JERICHO-UNDERHILL WATER DISTRICT
at the United Church of Underhill
June 13, 1994
On the above date the Jericho-Underhill Water District Board met at 6:35 P.M. in an emergency meeting to accept the resignation of Evelyn 0. Sargent and to appoint a clerk and treasurer to fill the unexpired term until annual meeting this Fall.
A motion was made by Peter Mitchell and seconded by John Fowler to accept Evelyn Sargent's resignation as clerk and treasurer, effective June 13, 1994 and appointed Katharine A. Koniuto to immediately fill the unexpired terms of Clerk and Treasurer. The Board voted unanimously to approve the motion. The meeting ended at 6:55 P.M.
