1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 5:59 p.m. to adopt the Agenda, which was adopted.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the April meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for April were approved.
4. Customer Comments. Guay requested a $20.00 refund since they had to flush their water. It was approved.
Andrew Morley called about changing his siding and there is a box on the side that he believes belongs to us. Brian is going to connect with him.
5. Operations Report.
Operator’s Report.
- Water usage. ________ gal/day
- Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
There were only two hoses found so that flushing could not be done on the hydrant at the end of Raceway Road. Andy is going to check with the Fire Department to see if they have any extras. We may also reach out to other surrounding departments.
Joe is still trying to chat with Champlin regarding the scope of their work.
6. Old Business.
A. Nothing new on Mill Development.
B. Nothing new on development grant.
C. No new allocations.
7. New Business.
A. Joe hasn’t heard anything on the ARPA.
B. Joe would like Brian to do more of the work that Champlin does.
C. Meter reading was done at the end of March. It was Brian’s first time. He will be doing it from now on.
D. Flushing was done in April. We haven’t had any complaints since then.
8. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting June 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
9. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
Adjournment. The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
