1. Call to Order and Welcome. Joe O’Brien called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. to adopt the Agenda. The Agenda was adopted.
2. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). Minutes from the May meeting were approved.
3. Review and approval of financial statements. The financial reports for May were reviewed. New reports will be reviewed by e-mail. Kirk will get in touch with Rob Longo regarding information on financial statements.
4. Customer Comments. Steve talked to Bob Pearson regarding a beaver issue by the old control building. Joe will find out from Marc what we did previously.
5. Correspondence. Booklets.
6. Operations Report.
Operator’s Report.
- Water usage. ________ gal/day
- Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
7. Repairs, Maintenance, and Connections.
Kirk said May was not eventful. He marked out 9 Brookside Drive for Dig Safe.
Kirk met with the contractor at the ID School with Marc to replace the service line.
Kirk said the annual fluoride inspection was good.
8. Old Business.
A. Nothing new on Mill Development.
B. Nothing new on United Church.
C. No new allocations.
D. Not discussed.
E. Ground Control Property Maintenance will be doing the mowing for the season.
F. Flushing will be done after the hydrant replacement.
9. New Business.
A. Kirk met with Roth from Courtland Construction on May 28 regarding the hydrant replacement on Meadow Lane and the gas station. He quoted a price of $12,600.00 per hydrant. He can get the work done in June before the sidewalk goes in. A motion was made to put in the two hydrants, which was approved.
B. Sidewalk construction is starting in July. Marc has been designated as the point of contact. A couple weeks prior to construction, the curb stops should be marked. The sidewalk is supposed to be done by the Harvest Market weekend. Steve asked if they were going by the plans from 2016.
C. The Town is awarding Hutchins with the Park Street improvements. We will work with the Town of move the 4” main.
D. Kirk will contact the company for the tank inspection. Should be done by the end of June.
10. Next Regular Meeting. Next regular meeting July 13, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
11. Review and Approve Bills. Bills were reviewed and approved.
Adjournment. The regular meeting was adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
