Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m.
1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the May meeting was approved.
2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the May meeting were approved,
3. Operations Report.
A. Operator’s report.
i. Water usage. 54313 gal/day
ii. Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
B. Sara and Marc exercised valves on Rt 15 so they would work fine during the construction.
C. Sara did her monthly checks.
4. Customer concerns/comments.
A. Dave Busch is purchasing the Wager home on Raceway, and he would like to request that it be changed back to a single-family home. Joe made a motion to change it and Dick seconded and the motion was approved.
5. Repairs and Maintenance.
A. The project on Rt 15 is almost complete, just a little finish work to be done by Wayne.
6. Old business.
A. Marc contacted a Game Warden to see if he would trap the beavers, he removed two.
7. New Business:
A. The CCR Report was approved, and Jane will take it to the printer.
8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.
9. Next Meeting Date: Next regular meeting July 2 2012 at 7:00 PM.
10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM.
