Peter Mitchell called the meeting to order at 8:50 p.m.
1.Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the October meeting was approved.
2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the October meeting were approved.
3. Operations Report.
A. Operator’s report.
i. Water usage. 56861 gal/day
ii. Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
B. Flushing was done in October.
C. Marc discussed ordering a new chlorinator.
D. Marc has been spending extensive time doing the regular checklist.
4. Customer concerns/comments.
A. Peter received a call from a potential buyer of the lot above Jason Ferriera’s house on Jacobs Hill about whether it could be served by water, and since he was told the pressure was low at Jason’s could he put in a booster pump. Marc explained that the State does not allow this.
5. Repairs and Maintenance.

8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.
9. Next Meeting Date: Next regular meeting December 3, 2012, at 7:00 PM
